Stretching My Skills A Bit!

I drew out all the stops here in creating another challenge card. I was in chemical overload combining alot of techniques from Creative Chemistry to make a card for the Frilly and Funkie "I'll Take Your Word For It" challenge. I used lots of Distress Ink,Stain & Crackle Paint, Adirondack Paint Dabbers, Perfect Pearls and some Tim Holtz stamps and texture fades.  It sure was fun to make!!

  1. Wow Suzan your card is fabylous, I love the colours you've chosed and the sentiment is just perfect for our challenge. Thanks for joining us at Frilly and Funkie. Sue C x

  2. Love, love, love that sentiment - so very encouraging and motivating! The color palette you worked with here is just fabulous. Wonderful textures and super crackling on that heart. You piece is spot-on for our challenge and we are thrilled that you joined in the fun with us this time at Frilly and Funkie. Hope you will be a regular with us.

  3. First thing that caught my eye was the how you colored him and gave him texture...nice! The crackled heart and sentiment are perfect. Love this size as well! Thank you so much for playing along with us at Frilly & Funkie!!!

  4. One of my favorite sentiments, Suzan! Love the coloring on your bird and the heart, especially. Just beautiful. So glad to see you at Frilly & Funkie!
